Zebra Technologies has announced that PT Gramedia Asri Media (Gramedia) has successfully deployed Zebra's RFID-integrated retail solutions across its entire chain of stores, providing customers with a convenient and modern self-checkout experience and reducing book loss.
As Indonesia’s largest bookstore chain with over 100 stores nationwide, Gramedia is at the forefront of innovation, constantly exploring new solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The implementation of Zebra’s RFID solution has yielded impressive results, such as reducing inventory count time by 50%, helping shoppers self-checkout 60% faster than usual, and freeing up 75% of staff time to focus on activities that bring higher value to customers.
In addition, Zebra's RFID technology also helps Gramedia increase accuracy in inventory management by up to 50% and minimize human errors.
The solution helps optimize transaction speed, reduce human error and limit loss.

Zebra's FX7500 fixed RFID reader and AN610 slimline RFID antenna were integrated by Gramedia into the self-checkout solution, while Zebra's FX9600 fixed RFID reader and AN480 and AN440 wideband RFID antennas were the breakthrough solution in Gramedia's RFID integrated gateway system.
To implement this solution, Gramedia worked closely with PT Duta Kalingga Pratama (DKP), a Premier Solutions Partner in Zebra’s PartnerConnect network. Understanding the business challenges Gramedia was facing, DKP collaborated with Zebra to design a bespoke, customised solution that helped optimise costs, improve efficiency and optimise resources.

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil penerapan bahan ajar matakuliah bahasa Indonesia Keilmuan dalam menganalisiskesalahan EMOSI (Ejaan, Morfologi, dan Sistaksis) padapenulisan surat resmi di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara.Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode deskripstifanalitis. Data yang diambil berupa dokumen dari surat keluaratau surat resmi yang diambil dari BAAK sebagai pusatpenulisan dan pengarsipan surat resmi di Universitas PGRIWiranegara.Waktu yang digunakan dalam melakukanpenelitian ini adalah 4 bulan terhitung dari bulan Maretsampai dengan Agustus 2020. Kesalahan EMOSI dalampenulisan surat resmi di Universitas PGRI Wiranegaraterdapat pada kesalahan ejaan dalam penulisan tanda baca titi(.), tanda baca (,) tanda baca apostrof (‘), tanda petik dua(“...”), huruf kapital. Kesalan pada Morfologi terdapat padapenggunaan kosa kata baku, kata depan (di), dan padasintaksis terdapat pada kalimat fragmentasi. Adapun faktoryang memengaruhi kesalahan EMOSI dalam penulisan suratresmi di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara adalahketidaksengajaan dalam mengetik surat (lupa), kurangnyapemahaman penggunaan ejaan dan kosa kata bahasa Indonesiayang baik dan benar, kurangnya sosialisasi dalam penggunaanPedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia. Kesalahanberbahasa dalam surat resmi dapat mengakibatkan tidaktercapainya tujuan dari pesan atau informasi yang ingindisampaikan oleh penutur atau pengirim surat. Sehinggapentingnya memahami penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yangbaik dan benar dalam bahasa tulis maupun lisan sangatdiperlukan.
